This venue is perfect for a wide range of corporate events including seminars, conferences, board or shareholder meetings, team building days, product launch events, appreciation events, and holiday parties.

We have amenities and features that will make your big day as memorable as it can be, including a 12,000 sq. foot sprawling outdoor space with a 500-year-old oak tree adorned with chandeliers, a catering kitchen, handcrafted furniture, high-end lighting, valet parking, vaulted ceilings, and much much more ... and we're just minutes from downtown.
Fundraisers hosted at Gather vary in size, theme, and approach. We have been home to fundraising galas, sit-down dinners, live auctions, benefit concerts and more. Our venues offer spaces that feel intimate, yet spacious and open. Our Monroe space cultivates community, and the space can be personalized in a way to tell the unique story of your cause.

Whether you want texture, natural light, balcony shots, or a fully customizable green background shot, we can make it happen. And there’s a picturesque backyard that will add a layer of life to any shoot.
Rules & Regulations
We offer on-site event staff from start to finish of your event, a clean-up crew after your event, shuttle service for events with 150 or more people, as well as basic A/V equipment.
The venue will be set up with our in-house furniture and accessories throughout the space. You can utilize any and all furniture and accessories we have on site for your event and can re-arrange however you would like, but the space would have to be re-set at the end of the event. Gather Venues staff is available to assist for an additional fee.
We do have a list of preferred vendors we usually work with, but you're free to bring in whoever you'd like! We have a fully functioning catering kitchen available for vendors to use.
All Gather Venues allow music inside only, per the City of Austin Sound Ordinance. Sound needs to be at a level where no more than 70 decibels can be heard from the street. In Austin, all DJs generally remain well within the sound limit and most bands can play under the limit as well.
Food & Beverage Details
We do not have on-site catering or bar staff, but we do provide a list of preferred vendors that we like to work with. However, you may bring in whoever you'd like! Both you and the vendors will have full access to our tucked away catering kitchen.
