About Events with King & Duke
King + Duke, a chef-owned restaurant from Atlanta’s Ford Fry, offers a seasonal dining experience in the heart of Buckhead. A 24-foot open hearth is the restaurant’s centerpiece, and our passion for cooking over wood comes through in every dish. Named after characters in Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, King + Duke nods to classic literature and American traditions. The locally sourced dishes harken back to the way food used to be prepared: cooking over fire is a primitive technique that lets the ingredients speak for themselves.Named “One of the Best Restaurants of the Year” by GQ Magazine and Esquire
Seating in our Parlor room can be reserved with a preset menu, either semi privately or booked exclusively. This area located on the Mezzanine level beyond the twenty-four foot open hearth is on the upper level of the restaurant with large windows to allow for natural lighting, comfortable leather chairs, a half wall overlooking the main dining room and floor to ceiling velvet curtains that can be left open or shut, depending on your privacy needs. A food and beverage minimum may apply.

Private Drawing Room
The private Drawing Room can be reserved with a preset or open menu for parties up to 14 guests. This fully enclosed room is located on the upper level, with vintage oil paintings, plush seating, built-in library, and available flat screen television. A stunning wall of floor to ceiling windows matched with an independent volume control sound system provides an enticingly enjoyable ambiance. A food and beverage minimum does apply.

If you wish to host a private event, King+Duke can be closed to the public. A buy-out of the restaurant will include: the entire dining room, bar, and patio area. We can offer a seated lunch or dinner event, for up to 150 guests. We offer passed or stationed hors d’oeuvres selections, for a cocktail-style event, for up to 225 guests. For buy-out events, a food and beverage minimum does apply and is based upon the day and time of the week. Our Chef offers vegetarian and vegan options available for all events, upon request
