About Events with D.B.A. Barbecue
Just like the variations in spelling, region influences the flavors of this favorite backyard classic. From the smoker and wood, to the rub, and Certified Angus Beef Brisket used, it takes a lot of time, patience, and creativity to make a great barbecue. Over our past five years in Virginia-Highland, we’ve refined our hickory-smoked barbecue to be tender, moist, and flavorful—everything a good Southern barbecue should be.
Although we carry classic BBQ favorites like smoked St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, and Pulled Pork, we also make the best House-cured Pastrami. It takes over two weeks to make this meat candy. It is worth it.
Anyone looking for good times and great southern fare in Virginia-Highland will tell you, D.B.A. Barbecue is the place to go.
