Rules and Regulations
As a venue that wants to allow people to use the space as much as legally possible, rules are limited, but as we all know, are in place for a reason.
We ask that events, expecting over 50 people at anytime, take out an insurance policy, which is fairly cheap and smart to do, for obvious reasons.
We also ask, that for certain types of events that the city mandates permitting for, that those specific permits be taken out if necessary.
