If you are looking for a space to host meetings, corporate events, work shops, conferences, presentations, seminars, or forums; consider our state-of-the-art facility.
We have a range of function spaces, from a large hall that can accommodate 50-197 people (depending on setup), along with several medium sized rooms for 10-25 and 6 to 10 people.
Currently we are unable to accommodate personal personal or private social events such as Baby and Bridal Showers, Bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday parties and weddings

VENUE DETAILS
The Chapel (50-197 people), Shelter Rock room (12-40 people) the Main and Upper Commons can be used for different kinds of events. These are open spaces that can be reconfigured to meet a variety of needs. Our facility is LEED Platinum certified and equipped with TV monitors, webcams, internet service, mounted projectors and screens for video presentation. We also have smaller rooms available near the conference rooms, for brainstorming or breakout sessions.

VENUE DETAILS
Rooms 210, 315 and 318; have fixed meeting room setups. They are equipped with a TV monitor, a webcam speaker/microphones and wireless internet service. Other space of similar sizes are also available.

VENUE DETAILS
The Chapel and Upper Commons combination (2,530 sq. ft.) or the Shelter Rock room and Main Commons area combination (2,155 sq. ft.), are the largest open areas, and may be set up, as needed. These spaces are great for retreats and other events. The Upper and Main Commons are generally available after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends (fees may apply for set up, breakdown and cleanup where applicable).
