With the attentive service of our event professionals and the cuisine of our award winning chef, Kevin Long we will help you create the event you have always dreamed of and an experience your guests will cherish. You may choose a customized menu, paired with our award winning wine list; you will have the opportunity to sit down with Kevin Long and Wine Director Caroline Fiske and style a menu to your liking.Customized MenuWork with Event Manager Alycia Brain to choose the ideal Menu for your event. Whether is a seated dinners, luncheons, or a cocktail reception. Beverage ArrangementsAll wine, alcohol, and beverage will be priced based on consumption. Arrangements may be made with pre selected wines or specialty cocktails to be prepared.CakesOur onsite pastry chef, Maria Cavaleri can design any cake to compliment your event. Guarantees / Menu Selections Guaranteed number of guest is due 3 business days prior to event to allow for proper planning by our Chef. We require finalized menus two weeks prior to the event.Audio Visual NeedsOur private dining rooms allow for multi media presentations. The Wine Room
The Tuscan-style Wine Room at Tosca evokes the warmth of a Mediterranean study. It is draped in rich colors, plush fabrics, and ambient light with a backdrop of a floor to ceiling wine rack.

Designed to reflect an airy, European living space, The Salon at Tosca is an intimate room, Beautifully appointed with touches of pastels and earth tones.
