Welcome to the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Enter our doors to discover wholeness, fitness, and medicine coming together to help you achieve optimal whole-person health. A collaboration between the Winter Park Health Foundation and AdventHealth—this 80,000-square foot, state-of-the-art facility offers the best community health and wellness programs in Central Florida, along with an incredible venue to rent for your next special occasion.The entire facility is dedicated to strengthening the body, mind, and spirit. From personalized fitness plans and picturesque walking trails and gardens to outstanding community programs, there will be plenty to keep you motivated to becoming the most-healthy you.Our unique venue is brand new, opening in 2019 and accommodates countless customization options because of our multiple, open spaces. Located in Winter Park, directly behind Advent Health Hospital on Lakemont, makes it an ideal location for all of Orlando.
