Included is over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, premium audiovisual equipment, event furniture, warming kitchen and access to a public lawn.

Community Room
A space dedicated to conversations, experimentations and actions focused on the community. Meet-ups, trainings, workshops or retreats are ideal events to take place in the Community Room. Included are A/V capabilities, whiteboards, tables and chairs. We have one rule: your event must be community focused.

A beautiful grass lawn with an orchard and wrap-around community porch. The Community Lawn provides space for cultural programs including concerts, exhibitions, and family activities. It’s a lively, gathering spot located in the heart of the Highlander neighborhood.
