Company must submit a certificate of insurance.
Company must pay a security deposit equal to the cost of the rental. If the space is left in the same condition, the security deposit will be returned in full.
Weekday (Monday - Friday) hourly rate is $200/hour. You are responsible for removing all items you bring into the space.
If the event occurs after business hours or during the weekends, there is an extra $50 hourly charge.
You may bring in any food or drink that you like. No restrictions or extra charges. You may bring your own catering service as well. However, you must dispose of all food and garbage after you are finished.
There are other businesses on the premises, so please be courteous and considerate if you are using the space within the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.
417 5th Avenue is centrally located and within walking distance to four major transportation centers in Manhattan, including: Grand Central Station, Penn Station, New York Port Authority bus terminal and the Time Square Subway terminal.
When you arrive at 417 5th Avenue, you will be asked to present your ID and sign in with building security at the ground-floor entrance. Once you arrive on the 8th floor, you will be directed to the event space.
