The Port Package- This package includes our Front Lawn, Grand Entry Hall, and Main Lobby. All three spaces have a gorgeous view of Lake Maury. The Front Lawn can be used as an outdoor ceremony space with a gorgeous wooded backdrop, with the Grand Entry Hall as your rain plan for an indoor ceremony. The Main Lobby makes for a perfect reception venue. Our capacity for this package is 200 people. This space is available beginning at 6 P.M. and events can last until 11 P.M. We include tables and chairs along with their setup. Your rental will also include 2 hours for setup and an hour for breakdown.
The Starboard Package- This package includes our South Courtyard and our Huntington and Anna Room. The South Courtyard is a beautiful garden courtyard that is perfect for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Our Huntington and Anna Room is a traditional banquet space that can be decorated to fit any vision. The capacity for this package is 150. This space is not open to Museum guests and has flexible rental times in five hour increments beginning at 9 A.M. All events must end by 11 P.M. We include tables and chairs along with their setup. Your rental will also include 2 hours for setup and an hour for breakdown.
There are also many park spaces available to rent. These do not include any furniture.
How to Book with Us!
To book with us simply give us a call or send us an email and we will set up a time for a complimentary venue tour! After your tour we will send you a reservation form. Once we have this form we will write up your contract. We require a 50% deposit along with your contract to book your space.
Rules and Regulations
We require that all decorations be free-standing. Nothing can attach to walls, ceilings, or artifacts.
We do not allow the following: live-flame candles, glitter, confetti, birdseed, fog/smoke machines, or balloons.
