This third-floor space is located in Tribeca, a neighborhood known for its historic architecture, cobblestone streets, and stylish residents. This sleek, sprawling interior features dark polished wood floors, bright white walls, high ceilings, industrial columns, and numerous windows providing natural light throughout the space ideal for private events or photo and video shoots.
The Crowd:
Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s most prominent neighborhoods, well known for its converted lofts and celebrity residents. it hosts the Tribeca Film Festival every April, bringing filmmakers and actors from all over the world. Tribeca is also a popular filming location for movies and television shows. The unique architecture and cobblestone streets make it feel as though you are in another city entirely. Tribeca is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the city so expect to see an extremely fashionable and upscale crowd of locals.

You are between trans-LUXE and Alexander and Bonin art gallery, James Cohan gallery opposite. Among some of Manhattan’s most noteworthy restaurants, the renowned Odeon and the famed Roxy Hotel are also a short walk away. Once mainly comprised of industrial factories, Tribeca is now a family-friendly, affluent neighborhood filled with chic restaurants like Tribeca Grill and Nobu. Luxury shopping spots Ted Muehling and Patrick Parrish and trendy art galleries like Indira Cesarine are also within walking distance to this space.

350$ an hour full loft rental.
