About Events with The Imperial Room
Kings Co Imperial hosts private parties at our intimate event space the Imperial Room.Warm, intimate, and stylish, the Imperial Room is the perfect Brooklyn venue for private gatherings of all kinds - from cocktail parties and sit-down dinners to larger standing receptions and family-style banquets. The Imperial Room consists of three separate areas that can be combined into one large space suitable for wedding receptions and private parties for up to 100 guests.The Garden is available for outdoor cocktails and small plate appetizers (weather permitting) when booking indoors as well. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks among our (justifiably famous) outdoor garden where we grow traditional and heirloom Chinese vegetable and herb varietals.The Imperial Room Bar is perfect for small gatherings with a focus on cocktails and standing buffet dining with additional bar seating.The Imperial Dining Room has sit-down seating in beautiful banquets, each with a Lazy Susan to make sharing our delicious Imperial cuisine that much easier, as well as space for a standing buffet for up to 72 guests.Imperial CuisineTraditionally, Chinese imperial cuisine has consisted of elaborate, multi-course meals showcasing the best of mainland China's wealth of ingredients and cooking styles, many imperial dishes have now become mainstays at upscale restaurants throughout the world.Under the direction of head chef Josh Grinker, we've lovingly adapted our favorite Imperial dishes with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and a deep respect for the history and tradition of this storied cuisine.
