Chef Roberto Santibañez presents a new American menu focused on Woodfired cooking, with an emphasis on steak, seafood and vegetarian fare. His Mexican roots and French training lend an inspired touch to the American table. THE GRILL offers multiple layouts and semi-private spaces, as well as tailored menus ranging from passed hors d’oeuvres receptions to customized family style and pre fixe menus. Our various configurations include scenic waterfront views enjoyed year round from our fully enclosable waterside terrace. The sleek, mid-century-modern inspired dining room offers flexible seating arrangements with views of the action from our open kitchen and bar. We have several options to fit your personal style and budget. Our Events Director will assist you, whether for a wedding reception, group brunch, cocktail party or business presentation.
