About Events with The Evergreen
From its historic, restored details to state-of-the art updates, The Evergreen merges new with old, modern with classic, comfort with elegance. We'd love to be the venue for your next event! Our preferred rentals vendor, The Party Place, is very well equipped to help you manage your party needs beyond what we have to offer.
The Evergreen is comprised of three areas: an entry area on the ground floor, a main floor, and a mezzanine, all of which are serviced by a full sized elevator.
The exact square footage of the space is as follows:
Entry area: 500 square feet / Main Floor: 5,000 square feet / Mezzanine: 1,000 square feet
