About Events with The Club at Sonterra
The Club at Sonterra is an exclusive, Mediterranean-style country club and event venue located in San Antonio, Texas. We have two fantastic courses, complete with challenging obstacles, wide open spaces, and impeccable grounds maintenance. In addition to a fantastic on the course experience, we also provide our visitors with a collection of the industry's top amenities. Our venue is great for your next corporate event, wedding reception or social function. We offer five indoor event spaces: The Grand Ballroom, The Terrace Room, The Horizon Room, The Director’s Room, and The Governor’s Room. Our Grand Ballroom, is just under 5,000 square feet and seats up to 350 guests for a banquet-style reception. For a more intimate space, The Director's Room can accommodate as few as 20 people for a business meeting. The Club also features two outdoor spaces: one designated ceremony space and a Terrace Patio.When it comes to your event, no detail is too small. The Club at Sonterra staff is ready to bring your vision to life. Your site fee includes set up, china, chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, linens, lighting and sound, clean up, and parking. Audio Visual services and specialty linens are also available.Whether you’re envisioning hors d’oeuvres passed around by butlers, an expansive buffet, or a seated gourmet meal, our in-house executive catering team can make it happen. Bar services are available, too, and you’ll be able to choose from a variety of house, premium, and specialty beer, wine, and liquor.
