About Events with The Bavarian Bierhaus
Whether it’s a class reunion, fundraiser, family event, business meeting, corporate outing or wedding, you want your event to be perfect. We do, too. That’s why we work with you on every detail so that you and your guests have a wonderful experience.
The Bavarian Bierhaus can accommodate groups of 25 to 450 attendees indoor, and up 5,000 attendees in the Park and outdoor pavilion – a favorite site from May-September. Since we brew nine beers in-house, there are fun-filled and educational brewery tours every Friday evening.

The Beer Hall
Step into The Beer Hall and be magically transported to Munich, Germany, during Octoberfest. The
music is lively, and the traditional bier hall community-style seating and streetscape mural of Munich
complement the German cuisine. See where we brew our nine, unique biers. You won’t want to miss
the behind-the-scenes brewery tours led by the Bavarian Bierhaus Brew Master every Friday evening.
Seating: 350 guests, community-style, reserved on a limited basis.
TV Screen: 165” TV screen for meetings, presentations

The Tap Room
Relax, have some appetizers and a drink in this modern-day craft beer bar - a perfect spot for getting
together with friends and learning about beer.
Seating: 60 guests

The King Room
After drinks in The Tap Room, move into The King Room and enjoy the straight lines and rustic
finishes. Enjoy the same great menu as The Beer Hall but in an atmosphere intended for good
conversation.
Seating: 150 guests. Perfect for a rehearsal dinners, parties, and luncheons. Weekend buy-outs require
a minimum of $5,000.

The Bavarian Banquet Hall
The banquet hall reflects the rustic charm of an old-fashioned winery, complete with wine barrels in the
walls and distressed wood floors. The curtains and overall color scheme allow you customize your
event with any number of colors.
The hall is designed so that an event can also be divided into two spaces. Choose between banquet,
conference or other room configurations.
Bavarian Banquet Hall full room seating: 325 reception style, 300 conference and 220 banquet.
Edelweiss: 178 reception style, 133 conference and 115 banquet
Winestube: 107 reception style, 80 conference and 80 banquet

The Heidelburg Park
Well-known for its authentic Oktoberfest, the park is open every weekend when weather permits. The
park is a great place for parties ranging from 100 to 5,000 guests. All service (unless otherwise
planned) will be self-serviced, traditional beer garden style. You have many options including crating
your own Oktoberfest environment.
Seating: 1,500 covered pavilion seating (cannot be rented out at peak times without a park buy-out)
Approximately 2,000 additional seats in the park, 5,000 festival.
