Framed by 100-year-old oak trees and 4,000+ feet of waterfront, the Adams Estate offers an unforgettable backdrop for your next social or corporate occasion. With picturesque views and total privacy assured, it’s the perfect place to create lasting memories and celebrate in style.
Our air-conditioned Estate House hosts a maximum of 130 guests, while our combined indoor/outdoor event space has capacity for up to 300. Rental rates for social events start at $1,250 for a four-hour, non-weekend event. Additional hours may be available.
