We have a great loading dock that makes caterers really happy as well as the huge kitchen area with tons of counter space and event serving supplies like platters, plates, bowls, baskets, ice buckets and more.

Our space has hosted many amazing events created by: Slalom Consulting, Moss Adams, University of Washington, London & Partners, Docker, Wine Tasting and many many more. Next to this large room, is a large kitchen complete with tons of counter space. This kitchen is included in the rate. This also includes coffee and tea. You can contract with any caterer or bring your own food. The furniture is light and really easy to rearrange to suit your needs. This includes 100+ folding chairs as well as the fabric covered non-folding chairs. We have rolling smartboards, projectors, screens, rolling white boards, tripods, speakers, mixers and mics. All of these "extras" are included, as needed, without any extra cost.

Additional Rooms
We also have a smaller room with space for about 30 at tables. This can be easily reconfigured for training, workshops, retreats, board meetings, interviews, demonstrations and more. This room is just $80 per hour.
Also, we have 10 smaller meeting rooms, which are suitable for meetings with 4 to 15 people. The rate is just $20 per hour for the smaller rooms and $30 per hour for the larger rooms.
