We allow bookings to end as late as 1:30am (with guests departing at 1:00am) and can set-up the venue in a variety of configurations (see photos). To ensure a flawless experience we greet every client and have a manager available at all times.

RENTAL RATES
$150/hr + $95 cleaning fee is a guideline for daytime hours and varies by number of attendees and usage. We quote custom rates for evening events.

All furniture pictured is available for use and included in your rental. Please ask for our comprehensive list of dining tables, counter-height tables, bar tables, stools, chairs, and lounge furniture. Custom setups that require extensive setup and breakdown may incur additional fees - please inquire.
