Since 1989, Salt Lake’s original
brew pub has been serving up award-winning beers alongside a locally-sourced and sustainably focused menu for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Built in a storied hotel that sits in the heart of downtown, this building on the historic registry has remained a local favorite for nearly 30 years.
