At 18,000 Square feet, it is our most recognizable and sought after event space with original stained glass windows, interior track draping, and access to a private hospitality suite. The Davison Ballroom
The Davison Ballroom is an incredibly versatile, spacious venue that can easily be styled to meet your event’s vision. Equipped with Italian globe dome lights with Edison bulbs, amber down lights and vintage Edison wall sconces that completely transform the room, The Davison Ballroom offers a contemporary feel and 20,000 square feet of flexible space for guests to dine, dance, and mingle. Guest Capacity: up to 750 seated and 1,300 cocktail reception.
At over 25,000 sq. ft. The Cellar is an impressively large space that also features its own private, designated bathrooms and a separate entrance directly across from our 1,100 space parking deck. Think of this modern space with a raw and trendy vibe as a blank canvas for your next event. The original concrete columns are now joined by industrial chandelier lighting. It also features access to built-in dedicated coat check and ticketing windows in the spacious lobby just inside the entrance. Guest Capacity: up to 850 seated and up to 1,200 cocktail reception.
Modern & intimate, The 155 blends beautiful decor with stylish flair. One of the newest spaces, it features white-washed brick columns, weathered wood walls, clean lines and industrial Edison bulb chandeliers for a classic, yet modern flair. The 155 Room is perfect for events ranging from concerts to meetings and everything in between. The space comes complete with proscenium stage flanked by built in screens and ceiling mounted stage lighting and projectors. Guest Capacity: Up to 150 seated and 250 cocktail reception.
Rustic and more intimate than typical venues, the Grant Loft blends historic charm with the aesthetic of a modern loft. It features exposed brick walls dating back to 1927, stained concrete floors, and vintage brass dome lighting. Grant loft is easily accessible from the skybridge to the attached covered parking deck. Guest Capacity: 150 seated and 300 cocktail reception.
Augusta Conference Center
The Augusta Conference Center features five private & flexible meeting rooms that can easily be adjusted to meet your capacity needs with movable air walls. In the 29,000 square foot space, carpeted floors help absorb sound in order for you to use multiple rooms without reverberating noise. Offering direct access to the Westin Peachtree Plaza hotel, the Augusta Conference Center is the perfect location for trade shows or corporate meetings. Guest capacity for full space: 450 seated and 1,400+ cocktail reception.
