The SoGio event space is embedded within a 24-hour secured access facility. All reservations require valid copy of ID. Events with 10 or more guest require deposit.
Food and Beverage Details

The SoGio Auditorium is 100% newly remodeled! Its modern design has comfortable stadium seating chairs that have fold out arm rests which double as a table for taking notes or enjoying a meal.

Event hosts are responsible for trash pick up and removal. Trash cans and bags are not included. Event hosts must dispose of all trash and party decor to the SoGio dumpster directly after event end.

Rental Rates for Auditorium-
- Reservation fee: $150 per hour or $750 full day
- $50 non-refundable cleaning fee
-Refundable deposit equal to reservation fee, required on events with 10 or more guest

Rental Rates for SoGio Space-
- Reservation Fee: $75 per hour or $550 full day
- Set up (optional) $150
- Clean up (optional) $125
- Tables and Chairs open for rental : 10 tables and 40 chairs
