Adjacent acrobatics studio and kitchen are listed separately. Located within a beautifully finished artistic rehearsal and event space with a full kitchen, *outdoor deck, recording studio, and more. Easily accessible from I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30.
Our PEAK hourly rate is $25/hr. We have a 20% NON-PEAK discount available for any reservation Mon-Thurs ANYTIME (day or night), Fridays before 5pm and Sat & Sun before noon.* There will be a additional $25/hour charge for any event on a holiday.

The Annex Showroom Kitchenette

We have a truly one-of-a-kind showroom kitchen, exquisite tile floor design, stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinetry with a modern finish. Our 400 sq ft full kitchen features an open floor plan design. Comfortably fits 15 people for an artistic visionary's active mind! It does have 3 walls and an open 4th wall. A drape and bar can be put in place upon request for privacy.

All others must plan to Uber/Lyft or use street parking.
