An endless variety of event possibilities exist in the large showroom at Showbox SoDo. The view from the main stage reveals the exposed brick and wood-beam architecture unique to the venue. The open design allows plenty of flexibility in event planning. The showroom accommodates up to 18,000 for standing reception, 500 for seated banquets and 750 for seated theater-style events.
Showbox SoDo features a large 830 square foot stage and amazing in-house sound, lighting and monitor systems.
Adjacent to the showroom is the Showbox SoDo Lounge a great place for guests to begin their evening with cocktails and appetizers. The Lounge, in its default room setting, offers up 100 seats, and may be rented for a private function when there is nothing scheduled in the showroom. Up to 300 guests can attend a private event in The Lounge, when used as a mostly standing-room space. The Lounge is fully equipped with its own small stage, sound system, stage lighting and full bar.
