WHAT THIS VENUE OFFERS

For Receptions/Parties

We charge $900 + fees, for a full afternoon/evening event.

(3pm-2am) and $700 for a shorter event (6pm-12am). These prices may change depending on the nature of your event (does not include cleaning fees,

outside catering fees or refundable damage deposit).
For Dance or Fitness Classes

We charge $25 an hour for a one time class, or $20 an hour for weekly recurring rentals. You may teach any dance or fitness class

with the exception of any dance form offered by us (Most Latin Partner Dances).
Further Information

We also offer Private Wedding dance classes for your First Dance for $280. We will work with you to create and choreograph a lovely dance
that you (and your guests) will remember forever!

Also, we have Dance demo and dance lessons for your guests. We can work with many popular partner dance forms.
We'll get the party started and getting everyone dancing.
