You can have your event among an amazing collection of vinyl or the space can be completely cleared so that no one will ever know you are hosting inside a record store.
You imagine it and we can host it. Small intimate seated dinner parties, Death Metal shows, corporate events, shamanic healing workshops, performance art.. you name it!
We have an amazing sound system and DJ booth available for use. We can provide full bartending for private events. Events open to the public we are able to provide on site beer and cider sales. We have a full list of amazing caterers that we can work with to provide food for your events.
We also have world class house and techno DJs in residence who can provide DJ services for events.
We have enough tables, bar space and stool seating for up to 20 people. We can help you rent and coordinate delivery of additional seating, tables, and other furniture as needed.
Things To Know
We require our security when:
Alcohol is being served
Events start after 5pm
More than 15 guests
Exceptions to this can be discussed but this is rarely waived.
We provide this for an additional cost of $60 an hour.
All rentals that serve food, alcohol, or have over 25 guests will be charged a $175 cleaning fee in additional to rental cost.
We require any decorations or other items be removed immediately post the event. If you would like us to clean up decorations for you or store any items there is an additional charge. Please inquire we are happy to help you!
We allow you to hang things on the wall with paint-safe tape. Any damage when things are hung through the wall will be charged to the renter.
We can provide event lighting in a variety of colors for $50 per one day or less rental.
We can also provide quote for food, bar, furniture, linen, and AV rentals.
We allow outside catering in the space with prior approval but we don't allow outside alcohol.
We have a full DJ booth and sound system that you are welcome to use as part of your rental. If you require support on sound, set-up or AV we charge $50 an hour for that support.
Your event rental fee is $175 hours
All additional fees:
$175 cleaning fee
$60 per hour security fee
and any food and beverage, AV or rental costs are charged to you separately directly from us and a 50% deposit is required when booking.
