About Events with Rockford City Market
We have two beautiful event spaces that help make up this historic landmark and public space--The Bowtruss Room is 3,300 sq. ft. with exposed brick and wooden beams and Market Hall is 3,600 sq. ft. with industrial cement floors and the building’s original limestone. We have contemporary garage-style doors leading outside, perfect for a summer reception or watching the snow fall during a winter ceremony. All rentals include the use of our round or rectangular banquet tables and classic Chiavari chairs. We invite you to come experience this modern take on Rockford’s historic charm. Celebrate your big day in one of Rockford's oldest (and now newest!) buildings.

Our outdoor pavilion is perfect for large-scale events. We love hosting fundraisers, food truck festivals, vintage markets, and anything else you could dream up under this pavilion. It's located in the heart of downtown Rockford and well-known and loved by the community.

Our Bowtruss Room, named after its high arched ceilings (original to 1921!), is the perfect setting for a wedding, a party, or any other private event. It has exposed brick, walls of windows overlooking downtown Rockford, and a balcony that would be perfect for a few cocktail tables in the summer.
