When you turn down the dirt road, you have a sense you are heading somewhere special. Arrive at the iron gates and drive into a Vineyard Estate, nestled into the corner of the Livermore Valley with views of vineyards, hills and nature in every direction. The property truly is a little slice of heaven and a perfect place for your private gathering, where you and your guests can take a deep breath and relax. Grab a glass and sit on one of two patios attached to the space as you watch the sunset. See stars in the sky at night as you gather around the cauldron fire pit.
Inside the space there is a built in tasting bar in one corner, and full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge and microwave along with a rolling, moveable island.
We host events of all types but the space works great for showers, parties, or corporate retreats. We do a limited number of weddings per year for up to 80 people. Please inquire for details.
The owner is a seasoned event planner and can be as involved- or not involved- as you wish. It is our passion to help craft unique events and be flexible for all our renters' needs.
Some other details
Event insurance is required. This low-cost insurance can be purchased through this link: https://www.theeventhelper.com/ or provided by a home insurance policy.
There is ample parking on and in front of the property for events up to 80 people. A parking attendant is required for events with more than 10 cars. You can provide a volunteer or we can provide one for a fee
We offer one hour of free set up and half an hour of free cleanup time before and after your event booking time. All additional setup/cleanup time needed must be purchased
We have high wooden bar tables with barstools for up to 20 people. We also have additional rectangular folding and restaurant style tables for seating up to 50 people. Currently we do not have short chairs, but we have a provider for those and can arrange the chairs you need. Also in the space for use/rent is a wooden backdrop, wine barrels, Kegerator and game tables.
Rentals are available through our rental contact for chairs, tables, linens, plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, backdrops and more. We arrange for items to be dropped off and ready for you with reasonable costs. You may also use your own rental company if you wish.
There is one half bathroom available at the rear of the building. Events over 50 people may require an additional bathroom rental.
Please do keep in mind that this is a private residence and not a professional event rental space. We appreciate our clients helping maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property. Please inform your guests that as well.
