The front bar dining room has a floor-to-ceiling window that looks out on charming Cornelia Street. Filled with flowers and candles, this room is a beautiful space to hold a seated meal for up to 40 guests or a standing event for up to 50. The full service bar can seat up to seven with optional bar stools.Open year-round and always filled with fresh flowers, the garden is a magical oasis, the perfect setting for an afternoon lunch or brunch. On a warm summer day, you can enjoy the fresh air and the smell of the flowers. And it's just as magnificent during the winter holidays when the retractable roof is closed and the garden is filled with heat lamps and evergreens.Built in 1810, the Carriage House holds two beautiful private dining rooms—a rustic farmhouse kitchen and an elegant library—where you can create memories with loved ones, friends, family and colleagues. With exposed wooden beams, fresh flowers, candles, private service and a family style feast, it is a beautiful place to share special moments.Filled with flowers and candles, as well as Palma’s most cherished souvenirs from her European travels, Aperitivo is our most secluded and private space. It is also the most flexible, available for small groups to enjoy a cocktail hour followed by an intimate, seated dinner; or accommodating up to 35 standing guests for a cocktail party with stationary or passed hors d’oeuvres.

Aperitivo
Filled with flowers and candles—as well as Palma’s most cherished souvenirs from her European travels—Aperitivo is our most secluded and private space, as well as the most flexible. For a cocktail party, it can accommodate up to 35 standing guests with stationary or passed hors d'oeuvres. Or, for a more intimate party, we offer a cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner for up to 12 guests. Aperitivo is our only space with its own private entrance and restroom. It is also possible to reserve only part of the space as a semi-private dining area.

Built in 1810, our Carriage House holds two beautiful private dining rooms where you can create memories with loved ones, friends, family and colleagues. The first floor is a rustic farmhouse kitchen that can seat up to 16 guests and is also available for cooking classes guided by one of our chefs. It will become your home for an entire afternoon or evening. With exposed wooden beams, fresh flowers, candles, private service and a family style feast, our Carriage House is a beautiful place to share special moments.
