Our uniquely elegant five course shared menus, are an excellent option for a more fine dining experience. Ozumo’s team of Executive Chefs will gladly prepare a custom menu for any occasion. In addition, our Director of Sake and Beverage can assist you in selecting wines and sakes to complement your menu. The Sake Tasting private dining room is the perfect setting for any event that requires a more intimate setting to entertain up to ten very special guests. Whether it be a small business meeting or a gathering of close friends. The room is gracefully designed and enclosed in glass walls that are dramatically lined with bottles of sake featured on the extensive sake menu.
Ask to enjoy the ultimate Ozumo experience and have the Executive Chef and Director or Sake prepare a magical pairing menu for your guests. Must be reserved in advance.

Sake Lounge

Our Sake Lounge's modern and sleek decor is a perfect venue for corporate gatherings with friends and colleagues. This chic and stylish space is always lively and brimming with energy. The Sake Lounge is available for cocktail parties, corporate mixers, and sake tastings. The lounge can accommodate smaller parties of 20-60 by stanchioning off a section of the lounge exclusively for your event. A Lounge buyout can accommodate up to 100 guests and makes a great space for a company holiday party.
Both the Kushiyaki & Otsumami lounge menus are offered for private events along with our complimentary DJ to keep your guests entertained.
The expansive Sake menu is truly impressive and spending some time sampling the various selections is a must.

The Robata Dining room is a cozy, intimate setting featuring our open kitchen and Robata grill. Translated as “around the fireplace,” the Robata taps into the ancient Japanese custom of cooking in the irori, the traditional charcoal-fired hearth once found in every home. The Robata Dining room is a great way to experience truly authentic Japanese cuisine.

The Main Dining Room at Ozumo truly complements elegant, contemporary and authentic Japanese cuisine. Surrounded by windows, the Main Dining Room features one of the most impressive views of the San Francisco Bay Bridge providing the perfect silhouette for a fine dining experience. This gracefully designed dining room is available for a seated lunch or dinner for up to 75 guests or a standing reception for up to 150 guests. The stylish and sophisticated space can be adjusted to accommodate different size parties with both partial and or full buy-out options available along with a prix-fixe or custom dinner menu upon request.

The Kotatsu private dining room is the perfect venue for a truly unique social or business gathering. This room is the picture of modern elegance combined with the intimacy of a traditional Japanese style seating environment. Guests are invited to remove their shoes, comfortably sink into their seat and simply let the staff attend to their every need. Although the setting is personal and intimate, guests are able to get a taste of the energy from the adjacent Sake Lounge and Robata Dining Room. Due to these factors, the room is not recommended for presentations.

Main Dining Room - Banquets

The banquettes are a group of tables which are located along the wall in our Main Dining Room. This space is considered semi private as the huge sushi bar divides the other tables from the banquettes. These tables can accommodate up to 25 people at one long table. Half of the table has booth seating, while the other is chair seating. There are partial views of the bay and Bay Bridge. Best for parties of 20 for the most comfortable seating.

Main Dining Room - Pine Room

The Main Dining Room at Ozumo truly complements elegant, contemporary and authentic Japanese cuisine. Surrounded by windows, the Main Dining Room features one of the most impressive views of the San Francisco Bay Bridge providing the perfect silhouette for a fine dining experience. The stylish and sophisticated space can be sectioned off to accommodate up to 43 people for a seated dinner or luncheon. Seating will be 6 rectangular tables. If your party has 34 people or less, two large tables can be accommodated.
Should you require privacy; guests have the option of choosing to add solid wood room dividers. (Not available for parties over 34 due to space.)

A full buyout will include the Main Dining Room, Robata Dining Room, and the Sake Lounge. These three rooms make the event feel as though there are three separate venues. Each space is uniquely different from the other allowing a more versatile event. Choose from our various food stations, including sushi bar, Robata grill, whole tuna cutting with our Executive Sushi Chef. Our private room will transform into a sake tasting room with our Director of Sake, allowing guests to try a variety of premium sakes from Japan while learning about the history of each sake and how it was made. Always the hit of the party!

Sushi Rolling

Minimum feeds up to 30 people and gives you one sushi chef onsite for your party, event, or wedding. We can customize your sushi requests or request the classic set up of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab, tobiko, vegetables, nori, rice paper, sushi rice, ginger, wasabi, tamari and soy sauce. Chef will make hand rolls, maki rolls and nigiri per the request of your guests. Also available are our traditional Japanese OKE platters which brings a beautiful and unique twist to any event that the chef can use to plate for stationed sushi.
