The industrial yet modern and elegant warehouse features over 8,000 square feet of open space, concrete floors and 20-foot high wood walls. OZ Arts offers a stat-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound system, an in-house staging system and visual package (projector and screen). The space has easy access to two dock-height doors and one drive-in door, in addition to a catering area and two dressing rooms. Opening off the Lounge is one of the world’s largest walk-in cigar humidors, the Escaparate.
