About the Space
The space is located right in the centre of the Totem Lake neighborhood at Kirkland. It's right off Freeway 405 exit 20. Public transportation is also easily accessible.
The studio features a full kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a 84 in x 60 in open island, a dining table with 12 seats. Additional 5 folding chairs and 16 bar stools are available for use.
The space comfortably fits 20 to 40 people. Additional chairs and tables may be requested in advance, and fee applies.
Plenty parking spaces are available right in front of the studio, and more available in the back.
Guests are welcome to arrange their own catering, or we could offer the service in house.
Rates may vary if hours extend beyond business hours. Closing time is 11pm.
10% discount is available for renting over 8 hours weekdays or weekends.

We offer adult/kid group cooking classes if requested. Select your classes at
Per Urban Table’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours.
All items brought into the space must be removed.
Any damages found on the wall, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please return furniture to original position.
No smoking or vaping allowed
All artwork is for sale and cannot be moved.
Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale.
Banquet permits are accepted if you’d like to bring your own food or caterer. You must apply for the permit at http://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit (easy 5-minute application for $10)

Is a cleaning service provided?
All items brought into Urban Table must be removed; please wipe down the tables, counters.
The included cleaning is we will vacuum, mop the floor.
Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment and staff is not notified.
We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things.
