NOOR’s all-inclusive wedding and event packages include room rental, service fee, applicable sales tax, tables, chairs, linen, tableware and banquet staff. Wedding packages also include 9 hours (3 hours for Vendor set-up, 5 event hours and one hour for Vendor load-out and breakdown).
