Whether you’re planning a private dinner meeting, need a quiet space to promote conversation or just want to celebrate in a room of your own, the Nicollet Island Inn has a Private Dining option for you. Fireside Lounge
Seats up to 24
Our Fire Side Lounge is a private dining room on the main level of the property. It has a candle-lit fire place and 3 sets of French doors. It holds a maximum of 24 guests. There is a $1500 food and beverage minimum and a 4% administrative fee that applied to all food and beverage for the use of the space.

Captains Room
Seats up to 16
The Captains Room is a private dining room just off our Main Dining Room. It has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beautiful channel of the Mississippi River. Your guests will enjoy sitting at one long table that can seat up to 16 people comfortably. There is a $750 food and beverage minimum; and a 4% administrative fee that applied to all food and beverage for the use of the space.

Private Dining Room
Seats up to 10
The Private Dining Room is the perfect room to host intimate dinners for up to 10 guests. There is no room rental for this space, and no food and beverage minimum.

Sun Room
Seats up to 10
The Sun Room is our seasonal Private Dining room, which can host gatherings up to 10 guests. There is no room rental for this space, and no food and beverage minimum.

Island Room
Perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners or corporate events, the Island Room is 32 feet by 32 feet (1,024 square feet total) and can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner and 75 guests for a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception. The room features three floor to ceiling windows that overlook an adjacent garden terrace. The patio is approximately 560 square feet and is able to seat up to 25 for a seated dinner and up to 90 for a ceremony. Events in the Island Room offer the catering menus and are subject to a room rental fee, service fee and food and beverage minimums.

St. Anthony Room
The St. Anthony Room is 44 feet wide by 30 feet long equaling 1,320 square feet. This room can accommodate up to 125 people for a seated dinner and 150 guests for a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception. This room features unique stained glass windows and antique mirrors and furnishings. The St. Anthony room is perfect for wedding receptions and large corporate groups. The St. Anthony room utilizes the catering menus and is subject to room rental fees, a service fee and food and beverage minimums.

Event Floor
The Event Floor combines the Foyer, St. Anthony and Island Room totaling over 2,944 square feet. Utilizing the whole Event Floor we can accommodate 175 for a standing reception. The Event floor utilizes the catering menus and is subject to room rental fees, a service charge and food and beverage minimums.

Property Buyout or "Innkeeper for a Night"
This option is one of our favorites! It allows you to utilize the entire bar, restaurant and patio and also includes the private event spaces. The option can accommodate up to 175 guests seated and 200 guests with a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception. You may also offer all 23 boutique style hotel rooms to your friends and family as an added bonus. This option utilizes the catering menus and has a food and beverage minimum associated with it. Imagine owning the Inn for an entire evening!

Ceremonies
A popular option that maximizes convenience for your guests (and minimizes planning for the host) is is to hold your ceremony in the same venue as the reception. With the ability to accommodate 80 (in the Island Room), 90 (on the Patio), or even 175 (in the St. Anthony Room), the Inn can help you celebrate your entire event without ever having to leave the property.
