The rustic simplicity of Surfside + Terrace I create an organic transition to the beachside terrace and out to the sand. The effortless blend between the indoor and outdoor spaces allows for infinite design possibilities that can utilize each area separately or holistically to create an open and airy coastal event space.

Light and airy, the Eventide, Deck + Terrace II are perched above beach level and dressed in natural textures. The wall of windows offers fresh ocean breezes and dramatic views of the coastline. Outside the grand floating staircase leads to the beachside terrace, then directly to the soft white sand.
