Montgomery Chapel has served many purposes since it was built in 1897, including a house of worship for several denominations including Presbyterian, Greek Orthodox and Judaism. Currently, it serves as a concert venue, lecture hall, and bar and bat mitzvah ceremony site. However, it is best known as an intimate, jewel-box setting for both religious and secular weddings, its massive double-doors inviting happiness for couples making lifetime commitments.
The stone chapel is graced with beautiful stained-glass windows and carvings depicting scenes from the Hebrew Scriptures. It can accommodate up to 90 guests in its unique rotunda structure. With its high-domed ceiling and intimate size, the chapel offers excellent acoustics and does not require any additional sound. Musical performances are fantastic in this venue and many artists covet this location for concerts. Every bride dreams of getting ready for her wedding in a beautiful room surrounded by her family and closest friends. Montague Hall is just that. Adjacent to Montgomery Chapel, Montague Hall features an oversized hearth and beautiful stained glass windows to allow in the natural light.
