Mile Marker One Restaurant & Bar at Cape Ann's Marina Resort is a unique waterfront venue for all seasons with breathtaking views of the Annisquam River. The numerous unique spaces have been designed to capture the panoramic view of the river and can easily be configured to accommodate any occasion and group size.

Compass Room
A private indoor venue, perfect for intimate gatherings, located on the second floor featuring a private bar and private entrance. With beautiful large windows that look over the marina’s docks, salt marsh and the river, the Compass Room’s warm and inviting atmosphere can accommodate parties up to 45 people for a sit down meal and 65 for a cocktail style event. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, corporate meetings/dinners, holiday parties, etc.

Waterfront Pavilion
A custom tent set up on the waterfront south side of Cape Ann’s Marina’s property featuring a private full service bar and adjacent open air gazebo courtyard. The Waterfront Pavilion can accommodate up to 220 people for a seated dinner or 500 for a cocktail style event where guests can enjoy a cocktail, lofted right above the docks looking out to the river while the sun sets. Mile Marker One works in conjunction with professional catering firms at this venue to provide you with the best food and beverage service possible. In order to assist you in making your event a total success, we can provide you with exclusive management to care for every aspect of your event.Special requests are welcome and can involve both arrival and departure from the water. Ideal for wedding receptions, reunions, fundraisers, corporate events, concerts, festivals, etc.
