Rental Details: Don’t rent an ordinary meeting room at a hotel. Our Library Room is ideal for conferences, lectures, presentations or private luncheons and dinners.
Occupancy: 16 people comfortably but can hold up to 20.
Size of Space: 315 sq. ft.
Features & Amenities: The Library Room has been completely renovated with updated hardwood floors, blackout blinds, new light fixtures and new paint. There is even a beautiful mural of our Winery in Goldendale. An antique bar is available for beverage service or a place to display your food for your event needs. We have central AC for the space and a small wall heater to help heat the room during the colder months. This room can be structured into individual tables (4 total) or one big conference table (as seen in picture).

Second Floor of the Hollywood Schoolhouse
Rental Details: The second floor of the Hollywood Schoolhouse has endless opportunities for your next event. We can host Company Meetings, Holiday Parties, Private Luncheons, Fundraisers, Rehearsal Dinners, Networking Workshops, or Cocktail/Social Style Receptions. You name it, we’ve done it! This floor also includes two balconies located on the south and north side of the building. Enjoy a sunny afternoon on our patio with breath taking views of Mt. Rainier and a glass of Maryhill wine in hand.
Occupancy: 75 people comfortably but can hold up to 125 total guests. Each balcony can host up to 25 guests individually.

Features & Amenities: The Club Lounge has been updated with fresh paint, blinds, new furniture and new light fixtures. Included in the space are bistro tables, including conversation sectionals for a social lounge experience. The second floor of the Hollywood Schoolhouse can be set up for a formal dining evening or a casual social hour. We have enough seating for 70 but can accommodate formal dinners up to 75. The best use of the space Is to host your next networking event for up to 125 total guests. There are two bars available for beverage service or for your banquet needs. We have central AC and heater for the space.

Maryhill will honor this tradition and continue to offer venue rentals for your next Corporate or Private Event. The options are limitless with almost 10,000 sq. ft. and two decks, one on each side of the building on the second floor, not including the outdoor space options this property has to offer. Maryhill offers you the opportunity to host your next event in this state historical monument in the Hollywood School District.

At the entry way you are greeted with the story behind Maryhill Winery and a map of Washington with our vineyards and tasting room locations noted. We have 50 ft. of bar space including a beautiful antique bar for beverage service. There is central AC and heat for the whole building. This property has endless possibilities with two floors, and two decks, plus plenty of seating for up to 185 as is. Additional seating can be added.
