KAI is a southern Asian cuisine concept centered around an open wok kitchen. The light and airy interior, complete with a live edge bar, takes inspiration from American mid-century modern design and is complete with inviting wood tones to create a casual yet elegant feel.The Green Room:The Green Room is a beautiful and comfortable space that offers views of Legacy West from a temperature regulated patio. Depending on the weather, the patio can be enclosed or open to the elements.Occupancy: 40 seated, mingle 45The Loft:The largest space in KAI, The Loft is an enclosed patio that can mingle up to 80 guests, or seat 60. The Loft is a flexible space and guests can reserve a portion of the space, or the entire patio. The Loft features a private bar, and on Thursdays, Friday, and Saturdays, a DJ performs. Larger groups may want to combine The Loft with the Magenta Room, which would accommodate an additional 40 guests.Occupancy: 60 seated, mingle 80The Magenta Room:A semi-private space, this room has bright couches, and a loungy feel. The Magenta Room is located directly off the main bar and features an HDMI compatible flat screen TV, which guests are welcome to use.Occupancy: 40 seated, mingle 45
