Meetings
Located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Theodore, with windows overlooking Pine Street, each of our meeting rooms has plenty of privacy, and ample natural light. All come with complimentary Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. If you need extra space, your event can spill into our beautifully designed pre-function mezzanine or the two-story atrium one level below.
To make your event even more memorable, all our Seattle event catering is done on-property by the chefs at Rider. Our downtown Seattle restaurant celebrates two of the Pacific Northwest’s most defining characteristics: the forest and the ocean. Choose from an array of menus that feature everything from craft coffee drinks—perfect for morning meetings— to locally-caught-seafood platters for an elegant evening soiree.

Weddings
Whether you have an intimate ceremony in mind or are planning a celebratory reception, Hotel Theodore offers multiple Seattle wedding venues for rent to suit your unique needs.
Each of our private, intimate event spaces has been designed with a sense of craft and attention to detail worthy of your big day. Natural light floods in during the day from windows overlooking bustling Pine Street, while at night, urban views make for a refined setting.
All rooms are adaptable for a variety of wedding needs, from prep rooms to rehearsal dinners to wedding ceremonies.. On top of our dedicated event spaces, Hotel Theodore’s mezzanine and atrium can be booked alone or in tandem to create stylish, comfortable spaces for cocktail receptions or live entertainment. And to bring a taste of the Pacific Northwest to your wedding, we are happy to provide catering by Rider, our on-site restaurant, with custom menus that pay homage to the region’s most defining characteristics: the forest and the ocean.

Atrium
We’ve handcrafted this large, open-concept room in true Theodore spirit, with an innovative, relaxed décor, making the Atrium equally suitable for formal wedding receptions, post-rehearsal cocktails, or a stylish venue for the reception itself. A staircase leads up to our Mezzanine; these two levels of event space can be combined for larger events.

Cabinet
This classic and elegantly appointed room has a large walnut table and 10 comfortable leather chairs, creating a private, intimate spot for lunches, congratulatory dinners and other small gatherings.

Carlson
Our largest event space, the modern, elegant Carlson room is wonderful for corporate events, receptions and banquets, and can accommodate up to 75 people. Create the space you want: this room can be set in a variety of configurations, depending on your needs.

Graham
This intimate, stylish lounge is wonderful for small gatherings. We’ve designed it for comfort and relaxation, with two seating areas: one with a table and four chairs, and the other with casual swivel chairs and low lounge tables. This is an excellent room for smaller corporate events.

Mezzanine
The mezzanine is located just off the Carlson, Graham and Wright meeting rooms, creating a convenient, relaxed space that’s ideal for guest check-in, cocktails, or just extra space to mingle.

The Residence
We created The Residence to inspire and delight; it’s spread across 2,000 sq. ft. of space on the entire 19th floor and features stunning panoramic views of downtown Seattle.
• Three terraces with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and stunning views
• Living room with glass solarium, hardwood floors and exposed brick
• Kitchenette for entertaining including sink, cook-top, under-cabinet freezer, refrigerator and storage

Wright
This unique L-shaped room can accommodate a range of wedding events and boasts plenty of natural light. Exits on either side of room make it easy for guests to come and go as they please. Conducive for food and beverage set-up, it’s an inspired space for corporate outings or celebratory cocktails.
