HopCat – Knapp’s Corner will seat 250 people inside its fully renovated, 6,150 square-foot dining area, plus an additional 70 in an outdoor seating area. The restaurant features an eye-popping bottle-cap mural created by Kyle DeGroff.
HopCat - Knapp’s Corner is the second location in Grand Rapids, seventh in Michigan and 17th HopCat overall. The Knapp’s Corner menu features all the HopCat staples, such as Killer Mac & Cheese, stuffed burgers and, of course, our famous fries. However, a few items will set it apart from the original downtown location, such as Detroit-style pizza and weekend brunch served until 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
