About Events with Hazelmere Golf & Tennis Club
Hazelmere Golf Course first opened in 1962, and it has maintained a reputation for excellence ever since. Conveniently located in Surrey, which is near the U.S. Border, White Rock Beach and the Township of Langley, Hazelmere has earned a place among the finest British Columbia golf courses. In fact, from 2006 to 2008, Hazelmere Golf Course hosted the Greater Vancouver Charity Classic, a high honor for any golf course.

Panorama Room
The Panorama Room is ideal for wedding receptions with 100+ guests; it features a spacious cathedral ceiling, private entrance, built in hardwood dance floor, outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and a full-service bar. 60” and 64” round banquet tables seating between 6-10 guests each are available in the Panorama Room, in addition to 4’, 5’ and 6’ rectangular tables with box-pleat skirting for the head table. The Panorama Room’s 17” armless banquet chairs complement any decorative scheme, or may be accented with decorator-provided covers.

Fireside Room
The Fireside Room is a cozy space that takes its name from the fireplace which is its central feature. Configurable in a variety of layouts including round tables seating 6-10, a U-shaped grouping of tables, or classroom-style, it is perfect for intimate dining, meetings and seminars.

Garden Room
The Garden Room is a truly unique setting featuring a split-level layout with an indoor koi pond, bridge, fountain and patio with breathtaking view of the golf course. Its custom wood dining tables, in a variety of sizes, accommodate between 2-10 guests in a configurable layout of your choice, complemented by black leather-upholstered wooden dining arm chairs.

The perfect place to unwind, our West Coast Grill offers a variety of à la carte options, as well as Pasta & Stir Fry Buffets on Fridays and Saturdays and Prime Rib weekends.
