About Us

Hard Truth Hills’ 325 acres of wooded hills, just down the road from our original restaurant in scenic Brown County, is that place. We began construction in summer 2017, and today, Hard Truth Hills is more than the home for our Hard Truth Distilling Co. — it’s also an incredible destination for our friends, fans, and folks who are interested in what we’re doing here up on the hill.

Picture windows offer gorgeous views of the surrounding trees while guests of all ages can enjoy Big Woods favorites like barbecue pulled pork nachos, plus a series of exclusive campfire-themed entrees.

The drink menu features our signature Quaff ON! brews and Hard Truth spirits.
