Allen Brothers’ steaks are hand-selected, aged with their meticulous processes, and hand-cut to exact portion specifications.The Family Experience Bill Hall has spent over forty years operating hotels and restaurants in Pinehurst, Hilton Head Island, Sea Island, Napa Valley, and Pebble Beach, with wife Jeanne by his side. The Halls opened Halls Chophouse Charleston in 2009. Mr. and Mrs. Hall reside in Charleston.Tommy Hall uses his restaurant management experience and leadership skills to guide the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. Tommy lives in Charleston.Billy Hall combines his career in hotels, restaurants, and major league sports with his charisma and energy to bolster our guest service and team philosophies. Billy shares his time between Charleston, Greenville, and Columbia.
