About Events with Grana
Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella's love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine runs as deeply as his roots. Grana is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, which is why things are kept simple, and classics are left untouched. Using a from-scratch approach to crafting wood-fired Neapolitan pies, handmade pastas, and traditional Italian specialties, Grana brings the "peasant cooking" of southern Italy to Atlanta, Georgia.
