Voted Best Pizza in the World
Our pizza is made “Old World Style” which means we start with a semolina dough, made from scratch in-house three times daily. The semolina makes our pizza crust crispy – never greasy or flaky. Next, we start with fresh mozzarella cheese – made just for us from a Wisconsin farm. You did read that right – we start with cheese, not sauce. The sauce comes next, though, and that’s important, too. We use San Marzano tomatoes in the sauce we dollop atop our fresh mozzarella. San Marzano tomatoes are grown in rich volcanic soil at the base of Mt. Vesuvius in Italy, which gives them a sweet flavor and low seed count, making it what many world renowned chefs consider to be the best in the world to use in sauce. Finally, we add fresh – never frozen – toppings, and bake the pies to perfection.
