We all know that it can take a while to “find” the right thing. and so it is true with Amy Morton’s journey to find the right time and place to open found, her first eatery in Evanston, after taking a decade long hiatus to start a family. The “of-courses” were always about being welcoming and genuinely hospitable, being locally focused, good to the planet and making a difference…since opening in November of 2012, found has been the go-to in Evanston and the North Shore.

The Salon
Our Salon, completely private, is smart with a sense of humor. Whether hosting a social gathering such as a birthday or engagement party or a board-room-style business event, the room is perfect for hosting a sit-down dinner or reception-style gathering. The Salon is equipped with av equipment available upon request, in addition to accommodating personal musical requests or playlists.

The Library
Our Library is a warm, semi-private room with sliding doors to create an intimate, private space. With no through traffic, this space is perfect for smaller groups.

The Dining Room
For groups of 13 to 20 that want to stay in the scene and celebrate with other diners in the restaurant. Dine at one long dining table to be given an outstanding family-style experience that is curated to your party.

Full Restaurant
Laid out in a series of “rooms,” found is a fabulous space for your guests to explore and an amazing space when utilized at capacity. From our outside cafe and “indoor - outdoor” living room in warm months to our Lounge, Dining Room, Library and Salon, we can comfortably seat up to 150 guests. The space also works beautifully for events needing a secondary space either for children, silent auctions and or cocktails as the room can be separated into 2 distinct spaces.
