Tasting Room
Our Tasting Room is a flexible event space with floor to ceiling glass doors on one side and an artistic light display on another. Whether you're looking to meet outside the office for a day, host a happy hour, or seat 90 people for a panel discussion, this room is sure to offer an experience unlike anything else in the Twin Cities.
Capacity: 64 seated at tables, or 90 seated in rows of chairs

Bubble Hall
A nod to all things fermentation at FOOD BUILDING, Bubble Hall is the space you're looking for to create a unique and memorable event. This cozy space has versatility that can be great for off-site meetings, small to medium sized networking events, or as a dance floor for your wedding.
Capacity: 40 seated

Whole Building
Our largest space, the Whole Building, includes Bubble Hall, the Tasting Room, as well as our central commons space and the viewing window hallways that connect to each production space.
By bringing a variety of spaces together, the Whole Building is a unique venue for a variety of events. Featured elements include: a large open floor plan space with sky lights, an impressive ceiling display and artwork in a variety of mediums.
Capacity: 150
