About Events with Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum
When you enter the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum you drive down a runway, and that’s not where your flight experience ends. Our exhibits include the Hughes H-4 Hercules (Spruce Goose) and more than fifty military and civilian aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), and spacecraft. The museum complex includes five main buildings: the original aviation exhibit hall, an IMAX theater, a second exhibit hall focused on space technology, the lodge often utilized for weddings and conferences along with a water park. The museum is located across the street from the former headquarters of Evergreen International Aviation and across Oregon Route 18 from McMinnville Municipal Airport (KMMV). In February 2009 our museums became an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institute.Our campus extends almost 300 acres, including 1,300 parking spaces. Both the Aviation and Space Museums offer 244,000 square feet of covered event spaces in a unique setting. We have thrown events of all sizes and experiences. We offer event coordination throughout the planning process, and Museum volunteers are always on site to answer questions and provide guided tours. We work exclusively with Cosmo Catering and Evergreen Vineyards to ensure high-quality food and beverage service and tables, linens, folding chairs, set-up, tear-down, and staffing are all included in the rental fees.Connect with our event manager who will be happy to provide additional information, tour of our spaces, and work with you to create a memorable event beyond expectations!

Lodge
Located at the center of the Evergreen Campus lies our lodge, previously known as the Chapel. The Lodge is a beautiful venues for business gatherings, quinceañeras, weddings and events of all kinds. The Lodge holds nearly 5,000 square feet of event space and is surrounded by vineyards and wheat fields all with a direct connection to a plethora of Aviation History that abounds on the campus.

Aviation Museum
The Evergreen Aviation Museum always has something exciting happening on campus, whether it’s our event or yours! With nearly 244,000 square feet of event space, featuring the Hughes H-4 Hercules Spruce Goose and other exhibits housed in an elegant glass and steel structure, every event is one-of-a-kind. Our world-class Museum building with floor-to-ceiling windows can accommodate up to 3,000 people for standing events and 1,500 people for seated events.

Wine Bars
In both the Aviation and Space Museum are wine bars for any occasion. Located on the main floor, outside of the exhibits for smaller gatherings before, after, or during a tour of our spaces!

Aviation Mezzanine
Atop the second floor of the Aviation, that overlooks the museum from a birds eye view! This space is a perfect location for any type of social setting and cocktail hours.

Space Museum
Evergreen Space Museum holds nearly 244,000 square feet of event space, Titan II missile and a SR-71 Blackbird and exhibits housed in an elegant glass and steel structure, every event is one-of-a-kind. Our world-class Museum building with floor-to-ceiling windows can accommodate up to 3,000 people for standing events and 1,500 people for seated events.

The Main Hall
Located on the second floor of the Space Museum with a birds eye view of our exhibits! This hall features over 3,200 square feet of event space for any occasion. Directly connected with the Game Room and different conference spaces, inquire with our event manager for more information and gathering options.

Bridal Room
A lovely space to get pampered and relax prior to the big day! This 285 square foot room is equipped with changing areas, vanities, and large mirrors along with a plush day bed. This space is picture perfect and unique for all of your needs.

Groom’s Lounge
The perfect space to relax before the big day! This 756 square foot room is equipped with a changing room, pool table, and television with a birds eye view of the Space Museum.

Conference Center
In the heart of our campus holds The Conference Center, a location to host meetings of any size. Modeled off of the existing aviation museum on the campus, the 80-foot glass curtain wall and exposed-aggregate concrete panels house a 225-seat large format theatre to bring the museum’s collection to life in a big way. Within this space there are additional meeting spaces on multiple mezzanines opening onto a large atrium space. Inquire with our event manager for further information on potential spaces.
