EandO Kitchen and Bar located in San Francisco’s vibrant Union Square/Financial district, brings together the best of California Asian cuisine. With the unique combination of stunning décor, authentic atmosphere and innovative flavors, a private event at E&O transports you to an exotic “cook’s tour” of modern Asia. Influenced by spice markets, former Executive Chef now Director of Operations - Sharon Nahm has created an approachable, modern menu with bright, vibrant flavors using the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. With seven unique private dining and event spaces for parties of 10 – 450, events at E&O become gatherings. Enter into the spacious foyer, which leads you into the long, open bar perfect for mingling and sipping. Corporate and social groups alike can continue to engage with one another over creative family-style meals set in an easy-flow space. Pearl Room
The full private Pearl Room can accommodate an absolute maximum of 15 seated guests (no standing room) although 12 is the comfortable max for presentations.
Space features a built in 52' flat screen with HDMI capabilities.
Groups up to 12 may order completely a la carte - 13 or more would be from our event menus.

Cinnabar Room
The fully private Cinnabar Room is located on the lower level - away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurant.
60 guests at 6 round tables with 10 guests per table is the maximum for a seated event.
75 guests with a combination of tall & short cocktail seating.
Full bar built into the space ($250 bartender fee).
52" Flat Screen with HDMI capabilities.

E&O Space
Lively and semi-private, the E&O space overlooks the bar & lounge areas below.
It also has a wall of windows overlooking Sutter Street - lots of natural light.
40 is the seated maximum @ 4 tables - or up to 28 at one long table.
50 is the comfortable maximum for Reception with full bar and cocktail seating.
Can adjoin to the Loge Space for an additional 24 seated guests - or 30 for reception.

Loge Space
Next to the E&O space, the also lively Loge space overlooks the restaurant below.
Maximum seated capacity is 24 at two adjacent tables of 12 - or up to 16 at one long table.
30 is the comfortable maximum for Receptions in this space with cocktail/lounge type seating and tables.

North Mezzanine Room
Full private - the North Mezzanine is our largest event space.
90-100 seated guests at 9 tables or up to 125 for reception.
The adjoining Loge and E&O space can also be added on for additional reception space before dinner.

Full Mezzanine
This amazing combination of spaces includes the E&O, Loge and North Mezzanine. Perfect for larger groups looking for cocktail Receptions in a light and airy atmosphere before being seated for dinner in the North Mezzanine. This configuration of spaces is the perfect solution for groups that do not want a full restaurant buy-out, but still want to maintain an air of exclusivity.
